Bright straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine mousse. Delicate bouquet of brioche, butter cookie and ripe stone fruit, followed by nutty notes and a hint of flint. Silky mousse on the palate, very elegant and harmonious between beautiful juiciness and invigorating acidity.
