Tasting Notes
Exciting aromas of iodine, chalky-spicy notes and peppery nuances. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied, with a fine mousse, lively acidity and a somewhat generous sweetness, the mineral notes are evident on the finish. The nose puts many Chablis in the shade (but the palate is too sweet for oysters or other typical Chablis dishes).
