Tasting Notes
Pastel "gris" in colour. The nose alternates between yeasty, spicy-mineral and herbal-spicy aromas. In the mouth, the sweetness dominates somewhat, with the dynamic mousse leading into a core of palate fruit. The acidity remains inconspicuous and rather defensive.

On the palate the wine has a good density, a pronounced fruit-acidity interplay, subtle fruitiness and a refreshing mousse. Good substance and piquancy, and a finely savoury finish.
