On the nose wax and rose - it's very floral, but then also very berry-scented too. The palate is medium-bodied, sinewy and juicy, with a well-integrated acidity, vital mousse and some slightly salty undertones to go with the Burgundy-berry aromas on the finish. A sophisticated aperitif.
