Sparkling, rich golden yellow. Opens with notes of coriander seeds and cloves, plus lychee, rose petals and baked apple. Balanced and clear on the palate, fine fruit, underpinned by distinctly spicy notes, flows smoothly, unfortunately somewhat flat and bitter in the finish.
