The red wine »Reserve« Gerlachsheim Herrenberg Schwarzriesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Becksteiner Winzer has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Schwarzriesling from the region Baden in Germany.
Some vanilla, rich red berries, the aroma alone is very powerful, there is also some cassis and a fine first patina of ripeness. On the palate the wine is straightforward, with a fruity background, lively acidity and very fresh tannins. Well-bundled-body, substance and acidity are perfectly in focus.
