The red wine »Reserve« Gerlachsheim Herrenberg Schwarzriesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Becksteiner Winzer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Schwarzriesling from the region Baden in Germany.
The "Reserve" still brings some wood savouriness, smoke, cherries and plums, tobacco, also juniper berryish. On the palate with a powerful, composed structure and good tension, dense in extract and with ripe, grippy tannins, dry, good facilities for aging.
