Tasting Notes
Deep, dark garnet with an opaque core and purple reflections, subtly brighter at the edge. Delicate notes of blueberry, clove and oak, black cherry and floral touches – an attractive bouquet. Complex, taut, with red cherry, fine sweet tannins and a fresh structure, it is mineral and persistent with a chocolaty finish. Will benefit from further bottle ageing.
