The white wine Occhione, vintage 2019 from the winery Tenuta di Biserno has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Vermentino, Viognier from the region Tuscany in Italy.
This has a pale straw yellow colour. There is a gentle yellow fruit aroma on the nose, with notes of peach blossom, and a hint of white pepper. It is balanced on the palate, with supple beautiful vivid fruit, an elegant acidity, and it is slightly salty and emphatically spicy on the finish.
