Tasting Notes
This has a pale straw yellow colour. There is a gentle yellow fruit aroma on the nose, with notes of peach blossom, and a hint of white pepper. It is balanced on the palate, with supple beautiful vivid fruit, an elegant acidity, and it is slightly salty and emphatically spicy on the finish.
More about the tastingPowerful, savoury bouquet with notes of ripe citrus, tropical lychee and local pear. Juicy and dense on the palate, taut acidity, full-bodied and lingers on the palate for quite a long time.
