Smells of dark chocolate, liquorice and prunes, is silky and balanced on the palate, with a soft fullness and pleasingly moderate alcohol content, with relaxed tannins, restrained acidity and pronounced charm. A pleasantly rounded wine that shows the variety from its accessible side - with a hint of local color in the finish.
