Tasting from 14.02.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Bright red fruit on the nose. Strawberry, blackberry and redcurrant. Very clear on the palate. There are also savoury hints of liquorice and caramel. Juicy and fresh on the palate, fine tannins, ripe acidity, red and dark wild berry fruit, lots of creaminess, long savoury finish.
