Tasting Notes
Smells of cherry brandy, alcoholic cherry, nougat and cassata. Almost "sweetish". Fine ageing character on the palate, silky in the mouth, but still with firm, unmelted tannins. Present acidity and lots of freshness in the fruit. Will probably always remain somewhat on the sinewy side of the spectrum, but certainly has depth - and potential for 5-7 years.
