Tasting Notes
Amarena cherry, rum pot, thyme and sage. Silky attack, round with great volume, seamlessly integrated acidity and somewhat defensive sandy tannins, strong alcohol and ripe fruity, initially almost porous and finally clearly cherry-fruity finish aromas. Mineral undertones. Traditional style with half a percent by volume above the calibration mark.
