The white wine Silvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Bürgerspital has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Typical Silvaner aroma in the fruity nose with notes of apple, pear, light flowers, walnuts and also some caraway. Slender on the palate with just 11.5% by volume and a fairly lively acidity for the grape variety, which suits the wine well. Animating drinking flow, the palate is underpinned by a fine spiciness. A natural and unaffected impression, also ideal with food.
