Complex nose, sour cherries, dark wild berries, stewed apples with cinnamon, thyme, bay leaf, mint, juniper, dark chocolate, nougat, rose petals. On the palate juicy fresh, lively acidity, fine tannin, elegant and individual, creamy finish, as a soloist or with suckling pig.
