The white wine Corum, vintage 2018 from the winery Can Axartell has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Malvasia from the region Balearic Islands in Spain.
Very floral on the nose, jasmine tea, nutmeg. On the palate very good volume, silky and creamy, dense in flavours and underpinned with fine acidity nerve, it is a very cultivated white that brings together charm and maturity. A good food pairing is fricassee of guinea fowl with chanterelles.
