Multi-layered aroma, sour cherries, plums, red and dark berries, juniper, thyme, bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, dark chocolate. Fresh and lively on the palate, juicy fruit, roasted bell peppers, lively acidity, distinctive ripe tannin structure, fine savouriness, prances down the throat with ease, a great accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine.
