Pale lemon yellow; restrained, somewhat atypical bouquet, nettle, honey, peach, rather little expression; medium-bodied on the palate, prominent acidity, slightly bitter note, aromatically slightly underdosed; short, slightly bitter, dry finish. Quite tart, austere, rugged Sauvignon, a food wine.
