Tasting Notes
Dark ruby red colour with limited transparency. Initially somewhat shy on the nose, reminiscent of plum chutney, undergrowth, cinnamon, smoke and nutmeg. Juicy on the palate, showing lots of concentrated fruit and a clear but well-integrated use of wood, with a subtle bittersweet note on the lingering finish.
