Tasting Notes
Clear ruby with a slight garnet shimmer. Initially somewhat cloudy on the nose, black truffle, then with notes of ripe plum, some goji berry. Full-bodied on the attack and on the palate, with dark berry fruit, grippy, dense tannins and a subtle tobacco finish, perhaps a touch less precise than the others.
