Light straw gold in colour with brassy reflections and a persistent mousse. Fresh meadow herbs, some dark bread and candied grapefruit zest on the nose, a mineral bouquet. Medium complexity of fresh pome fruit on the palate with a lively acidity and a salty touch on the finish. A vinous food companion. (Base 2014, disgorged 07/21, PM).
