Tasting from 01.01.2023: Peter Moser

Moist chalk, grape, a touch of wood and of tertiary aromas, also raisin. On the palate a fine, savoury mousse showing great depth, radiant acidity and intense tactile minerality, giving the wine a tremendous tension. A pinch of phenolics spices the structure without diminishing juiciness and elegance.
