Tasting from 25.11.2016: Moser,Peter; Sautter, Uli; diverse

Medium yellow, silver hues, fine, lively mousse. Subtle notes of candied orange zest, a hint of peach, smoky, savoury notes in the background. Mineral, taut texture, fine saline component underpinned by ripe pear notes, some dried fruit, nutty touch in the finish. A sapid food companion.
