Tasting from 26.11.2021: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, stable mousse. Delicate notes of nuts and meadow herbs, a hint of brioche and ripe yellow apple with fine honey notes. Elegant, complex, fine white fruit, a hint of nougat at the core, emphatically mineral, ripe, Chardonnay-influenced style, shows good length, a dry yet expressive wine.
