Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine mousse. Delicate herbal savouriness, nuances of fresh yellow apple and mango, nutty touch, countered by lemony, chalky minerality. Juicy, tightly meshed, salty attack, full-bodied, creamy texture, pleasant acidity, stony nuances on the finish, needs air and time, a head of character. (Deg. 7/21, matured in amphora).
