Light greenish yellow with silver reflections and a delicate, fine mousse. On the nose there is a touch of walnut and herbs, ripe pear, some quince and a hint of biscuit, with candied orange zest in the background. The palate is taut and elegant, with a mineral-tinged texture, white apple fruit and chalky lemon nuances on the finish. Shows length and has definite ageing potential. (Base year 2012, Disgorged 7/2019)
