Disgorged 06/2024. Medium straw gold colour. Lemon zest on the nose, fresh fruit notes, apple and quince, subtle white flowers and very elegant pastry notes, mineral notes. Appears clear and pure. Very elegant on the palate with a herbal touch, fine, superb mousse and crisp acidity. Lingers long on the palate with a salty, lemony flavour.
