Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink, silver reflections. on the nose there is a fresh apple fruit underlay with fresh orange zest and a bit of biscuit, a red berry touch, a hint of dried herbs, a multi-layered bouquet. Full-bodied, tightly meshed, nice fruit, a touch of banana, spicy and mineral, it is very persistent. A powerful wine with definite ageing potential.
More about the tastingTasted immediately after bottling and therefore still very reductive on the nose. Smooth on the palate, good core with ripe acidity and supportive substance, the dense and mineral-influenced structure suggests a mineral interpretation of the aroma.
