Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink. Balsamic wood, a whisper of chamomile tea, red berries, forest blueberries, aromatically highly endowed. Feisty palate, strong wood accent, substantial, alcohol has drive but is well-integrated, dense with a discreet mineral underpinning, ripe acidity carries the wine well; a big rosé that definitely needs a dish.
