Light salmon pink. A complex bouquet of strawberry, blackthorn, Medjool dates, and blood orange, complemented by pepper, garrigue, and subtle woody notes of nougat, caramel, and toast. Dry on the palate, with plenty of fruitiness, moderate acidity, and fine tannins. The finish features Fleur de Sel, is well-balanced, and has good length.
