Tasting Notes
Bright salmon pink, brilliant. Complex bouquet of red berries, plum and apricot, underpinned by fine wood with notes of toast, cream caramel and nut butter, plus fine garrigue spice. Dry, powerful and structured on the palate, with a fine fruit melt, precise phenolics and a mineral character. Very long finish - a rosé with depth, class and ageing potential.
