Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink. An intense bouquet of strawberries and rose hips, along with plenty of candied mandarin, thyme, anise, and candied violets. Refined oak with notes of toast, vanilla, and caramel. Dry on the palate, with a rich, melting fruitiness, elegant spice, a mineral edge, and a very long finish. A first-class, top-tier rosé with depth.
