Tasting Notes
Light carmine garnet, with fine orange-red reflections, broad watery rim. Smoky on the nose, you can sense what is called a "deadly sweetness", slightly of sweet Madeira, autumnal aromas, some damp undergrowth. Delicate dried porcini mushroom on the palate, medium texture and length, delicate dried plum on the finish, overall a light-footed wine that has matured with dignity from an underrated and at the same time very rare vintage. !
