Tasting Notes
Strong carmine garnet, good color core. Delicately spicy on the nose, notes of Valrhona chocolate, ripe cherries, nuances of orange zest. Sweet extract on the palate, highly elegant texture, firm tannins, fresh acid structure, mineral aftertaste, delicate astringent touch on the finish, rather delicate overall, but well preserved.
