Bright dark ruby with purple reflections and a bright narrow rim. Complex nose with underlying floral notes with forest fruits, fresh blackberry, fine herbal savouriness, cedar, liquorice and a hint of vanilla. Substantial and multilayered on the palate with a firm texture, black cherry fruit, fine sweetness, silky tannins, great freshness and saltiness and immense length. Excellent ageing potential.
