Tasting Notes
Strong carmine garnet, orange reflections, ochre rim. Fine honey notes on the nose, ripe plums and blackberry confit, fine herbal spice, somewhat restrained, tobacco spice echoes. Firm tannins on the palate that give the wine a good structure, remains well adherent, underpinned with a fine plum roast, an excellent food companion, still has a few years ahead of it, a highly respectable representative of the vintage.
