Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet, violet edge brightening. Fine noble wood spice on the nose, dark berry confit, mineral, but also delicately tobacco vegetal, powerful on the palate, very marked by the new wood, bitter chocolate, underlaid with fine heart cherries, rather austere finish, tobacco roasted aromas in the aftertaste, very monolithic, lacking melting and sweetness, a hard lump at the moment.
