Tasting Notes
Bright brick red with amber-coloured reflections and a broad amber rim. Red beetroot, earthy nuances and tea leaves rise to the nose, followed by dark berries and a hint of paprika. Dark fruits also develop on the palate, paired with dark chocolate, coffee, precious woods and some orange tea. Barely perceptible tannins lead into herbs and ripe cherries on the finish, which lingers for a long time. Decant at least two to three hours before drinking. Despite its maturity, it still has enormous power and length - and further ageing potential. An experience on its own, but also a good accompaniment to food.
