Tasting Notes

Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Slightly reductive, with cherry fruit and a hint of herbs on the nose. The palate opens juicy, then layers a fine-grained tannin with fine acidity and tactile minerality to a compact, but also complex structure. On the long finish a noble tannin astringency and intense tactile minerality show how much ageing potential is still in this wine.
