Tasting Notes

Tasting from 13.10.2016: Ulrich Sautter

Some plum water, cherry brandy, Burgundy-like. Dense attack, very demanding tannins, noble astringency, nervy and accompanied by minerals, tightly built, mature, polished, biting, great wine, slender and elegant and yet with plenty of zing and pressure.
