The red wine »Les 7 Vignes« Côte de Brouilly, vintage 2021 from the winery Château Thivin has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gamay from the region Beaujolais in France.
Discreet aroma, cool smoke, fresh light and dark berry fruit, raspberries, pomegranate, strawberries, dried ham, floral notes, dark chocolate. Powerful on the palate, yet fresh and wiry, juicy fruit is underpinned by minerality, fine mealy tannins, shows its potential at the table.
