Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby in colour with a delicate garnet sheen. Complex and exciting on the nose, with notes of pomegranate, cherry compote, plus some ginger and cloves, inviting. Very fine on the palate, opening with finely meshed tannins and ripe, dark cherry notes, textural and very long.
