Tasting from 15.03.2011

Strong ruby colour, broad rim brightening. Ripe wild berry fruit, orange zest, delicate herbal savouriness, a hint of quince jelly. Balanced, elegant, fine acidity, charming wild berry fruit, shows a certain aromatic maturity, has reached its peak, should be consumed soon, delicate dried fruit flavours and somewhat dry tannins on the finish already indicate a certain ageing.
