A clear and elegant bouquet, with notes of wild berries, fresh and as compote, especially blackberry, ripe black cherry, plum and dates, hints of allspice, peppery nuances and a subtle touch of rosemary. Elegant and balanced on the palate, with fresh acidity, polished tannins and a long finish.
