Dark ruby, purple reflections. Still rather restrained on the nose, intense notes of dark fruit, blackberry, plum and wild berries, with peppery nuances and a touch of liquorice. Extremely elegant, yet powerful on the palate, ripe acidity, quite intense tannins, the dark berries and peppery notes again, a long, lingering finish.
More about the tastingInviting nose with aromas of juicy dark fruits and berries, followed by some herbs, violets, black pepper and balsamic notes. Very harmonious, full-bodied and elegant on the palate thanks to its ripe acidity, noticeable but well-integrated tannins and dark berry and balsamic notes. Long, fruity and tart finish.
