Brilliant ruby red. Ripe, red berry fruit on the nose as well as black cherry and blackberry. This is accompanied by a discreet spiciness with notes of allspice and some cinnamon. Delicate attack with fine savouriness. Elegant and tightly woven structure, almost chalky but fresh finish.
