A complex bouquet with notes of dried and fresh sour cherries, cooked wild berries, dried figs and dates, hints of cinnamon, mocha, cocoa and liquorice. Elegant on the palate, with fresh, ripe acidity, fine-grained, ripe tannins, dark fruit and a touch of liquorice on the long finish
