Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow. Intense, complex nose with notes of quince puree, pear, chamomile, fig and honey. Shows new facets every time you smell it. Sweet, almost oily on the palate, with intense honey and dried fruit notes, smoky nuances. Carried by a beautiful thread of acidity. Finishes very long with a fine saltiness. Great Valais sweet wine cinema.
