Medium straw yellow with a shimmering core. Inviting bouquet of Williams pears and quince, with lemon balm and a hint of nut butter. Juicy on the palate, broad, balanced, creamy texture, brioche and nuts on the palate, fine salty minerality, finishes fresh on lemon with considerable length, beautiful interpretation.
