Bright yellow green, silver reflections, a persistent lively mousse. A bit of white bread, hints of spice, fine yellow tropical fruit, a touch of tobacco, and grapefruit nuances. Juicy, elegant, mineral, ripe papaya, integrated acid structure, and sweet fruit on the finish. It is an exciting food wine.
